A Taste of Tradition Since 1963
Opened in 1964 by Eddie and Carmen Carlos, this small family run restaurant has grown into a local institution. Located in the historic Downtown Marysville, Casa Carlos has served and employed at least four generations of community members. We are supported by our loyal customers and our outstanding employees-some of whom have worked here for over 40 years!
Carmen and Eddie's recipes have evolved over the years to match the flavor of our local Marysville community. Casa Carlos is proud to offer our own Northern California takes on dozens of classic Mexican dishes, resulting in a uniquely delicious menu inspired by the tastes of our beloved patrons.
